TICKET PURCHASES
Tickets for The Nightmare Realm are available to purchase securely through our official website.
All ticket prices are displayed at the time of booking. A booking fee may apply to cover third-party ticketing services.
TICKET DELIVERY
All tickets are issued electronically and will be delivered to the email address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their email address is entered correctly when making a booking.
No physical tickets are issued or posted.
BOOKING CHANGES
Subject to availability, bookings may be transferred to an alternative date or time up to 24 hours before your scheduled visit.
Requests made within 24 hours of your booking cannot be guaranteed.
REFUND POLICY
Tickets are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation.
Should The Nightmare Realm cancel an event, customers will be offered an alternative date or, where appropriate, a full refund.
The Nightmare Realm reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behaviour is considered unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions or staff instructions.
Guests who are refused admission or removed from the event for these reasons will not be entitled to a refund.
Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be admitted.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND RECORDING
Photography, filming and audio recording are strictly prohibited inside all scare experiences.
Photography is permitted only within designated areas of the event where authorised by staff.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Nightmare Realm owns all intellectual property rights relating to this website and its original creative works, including but not limited to logos, characters, storylines, artwork, photography, videos, costumes, masks, sets, props and branding.
No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission from The
Nightmare Realm Ltd.

EVENT WARNINGS
The Nightmare Realm is an immersive theatrical horror experience featuring live performers, theatrical storytelling, cinematic special effects and intense scare moments.
AGE RESTRICTIONS
The Nightmare Realm is intended for adults and teenagers. The experience is not recommended for children under 13 years of age. Younger teenagers should be accompanied by a responsible adult where appropriate.
GUEST CONDUCT
For the safety of guests and performers:

Do not push or intentionally make contact with other guests.

Smoking and vaping are prohibited within the attraction.

Photography and filming inside the scare experiences is strictly prohibited.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
The venue is monitored by CCTV and security personnel to help ensure the safety of guests, performers and staff.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By entering The Nightmare Realm, guests acknowledge that they are voluntarily participating in an immersive theatrical horror experience and accept the inherent risks associated with live performance and scare attractions.
LIABILITY
Whilst every reasonable precaution has been taken to provide a safe experience, guests enter at their own risk.
The Nightmare Realm Ltd shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage arising from failure to follow staff instructions, reckless behaviour or misuse of the attraction, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
PARTICIPATION WAIVER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By purchasing a ticket and entering The Nightmare Realm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Participation Waiver and Assumption of Risk.
This waiver forms part of The Nightmare Realm’s Terms & Conditions.
THE EXPERIENCE
The Nightmare Realm is an immersive theatrical horror experience featuring live performers, theatrical storytelling, cinematic special effects, darkness, confined spaces and intense scare moments.
The attraction is specifically designed to create suspense, surprise and fear. Guests should expect sudden movements, loud sounds, special effects and unpredictable encounters throughout the experience.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
By entering The Nightmare Realm you acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks which cannot be entirely eliminated.
These risks may include, but are not limited to:
- Dark or low-light environments
- Smoke and fog effects
- Strobe lighting
- Loud audio and sudden sound effects
- Hydraulic and mechanical effects
- Tight spaces
- Uneven flooring
- Indoor and outdoor environments
- Unexpected encounters with performers
- The reactions of other guests
You understand that these elements form part of the immersive theatrical experience and voluntarily accept the inherent risks associated with participation.
MEDICAL AND PHYSICAL SUITABILITY
The Nightmare Realm is not recommended for anyone who is pregnant or who suffers from epilepsy, heart conditions, respiratory conditions, severe anxiety, claustrophobia or any medical condition that may be aggravated by participation.
Guests should not enter while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
If you are unsure whether this experience is suitable for you, we recommend seeking medical advice before attending.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
For the safety of all guests, performers and staff, you agree to:
- Follow all instructions given by staff at all times.
- Treat performers, staff and fellow guests with respect.
- Never touch performers or scenery.
- Never intentionally frighten, push or interfere with other guests.
- Walk at all times unless instructed otherwise.
- Keep mobile phones and cameras switched off inside the scare experiences.
Guests who fail to comply with these rules may be refused entry or removed from the attraction without refund.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND CCTV
The Nightmare Realm operates CCTV throughout the venue for safety, security and operational purposes.
By entering the venue you acknowledge that images or video recordings of you may be captured.
From time to time photographs and video footage may also be used for promotional or marketing purposes.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By entering The Nightmare Realm you confirm that you understand the nature of the experience and voluntarily choose to participate.
You accept responsibility for your own actions during the event and acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks associated with immersive theatrical horror attractions.
LIABILITY
The Nightmare Realm UK Ltd takes reasonable steps to provide a safe environment for guests, performers and staff.
Nothing within this waiver limits or excludes liability where such liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Subject to applicable law, guests participate in the experience at their own risk and are responsible for following all safety instructions issued by staff.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original characters, storylines, artwork, costumes, props, sets, branding, photography, video content and creative works remain the intellectual property of The Nightmare Realm UK Ltd.
